Many yacht owners and their charter guests wish to receive the same level of service and premium quality products they have access to whilst they’re sailing in Europe. However, not all of these products can be sourced outside of the EU – that’s why exporting is so useful for yacht provisioning!

Air freight yacht provisioning
Our yacht provisioning export process begins in our Nice warehouse, where we pack your order for shipping using temperature-controlled, thermal boxes that are designed to keep the contents inside fresh. Once your order is prepped, it is then sent to our transit agents in Paris, who organise all the necessary paperwork* to export your items abroad.
*The required paperwork varies depending on which country we’re exporting to. However, our experienced agents will always liaise with our partner agents in the country to ensure they have all the necessary details. Then, once the delivery arrives in the country, our agents will then ensure the yacht provisions reach the vessel as quickly as possible.
Reducing your carbon footprint
One of the downsides to exporting the best quality food worldwide is the impact this can have on the environment. However, at Gourmet Deliveries, we take environmental issues very seriously and we’re always striving to reduce our carbon footprint.
How do we achieve this?
Our packing teams utilise high-quality recycled packaging to deliver your provisions and we always recommend placing larger, less frequent orders in order to avoid any unnecessary travel. We also advise clients on how to reduce their own carbon footprint by ordering their provisions well in advance to reduce the distances travelled for delivery – Remember, you can always flash-freeze food products to ensure your items stay fresher for longer!
