Gourmet Deliveries began as a small fruit and vegetable market, and produce continues to be one of our signature products. Fruits and vegetables are sourced directly from small, local producers with the utmost care and no use of intermediaries. Angelique’s son, Andrea, is responsible for each and every order, carefully choosing by hand, often in the middle of the night, the most exceptional products available. Produce orders are then hand-prepared directly in our warehouses, ensuring ultimate freshness and unrivalled quality.

Fish

Thanks to years of experience and solid professional relationships, our fish mongers have developed exclusive production processes especially for Gourmet Deliveries. Our products are sourced primarily in the Mediterranean, line-caught the same day, and orders are meticulously prepared in record time to ensure the highest level of freshness. Gourmet offers the possibility to ‘flash freeze’ nearly all products if desired, conserving quality, texture, and nutrients, and therefore allowing a longer shelf life.

Gourmet Deliveries has worked with the same local butcher for over 13 years, and this exclusive relationship means that we are able to respond in record time to every demand, no matter how exotic or rare. Our butcher understands the quality that the yachting industry demands and meticulously prepares and packages each order to our exact specifications. As with our seafood, we also offer a special, high quality range of meat for all crew needs.

Place an order with your sales representative or visit our Epicerie at the MIN in Nice, where we stock an array of specialties and supplies for the galley and interior. Cosmetics, linens, cleaning products, glassware, and china are only a few examples of the services we provide. Our goal is to provide a one stop solution for provisions, and thanks to our experience and long list of suppliers, we are able to answer even the most exceptional demands.

Flowers

Gourmet Deliveries is proud to offer an in-house florist, available at all hours to respond to your yacht’s needs. With 24 hour access to the MIN in Nice, we have the possibility to work overnight, assuring the finest choice and utmost freshness of flowers. Bespoke compositions can be delivered in record time, or if you prefer, our florist will come on board to personally decorate and give recommendations where needed.

Beverages

Gourmet Drinks and Tobacco is the sister company of Gourmet Deliveries, offering unbeatable prices on wine, spirits, and soft beverages. At the head of GDT is Bianca Liard, Angelique’s daughter and a trained oenologue. Along with a team of experts and sommeliers, she will skillfully curate a wine and beverage program for your guests. Our impressive warehouse is fully stocked and accessible 24/7, which means that unlike other provisioning companies, we can offer last minute wine and liquor deliveries in case you are running low. And for commercial yachts, all of our beverages are available at duty-free prices and most importantly, with no additional delay.
